Private Group Cookery Courses

Our private group cookery courses are designed for groups of 4–8 people, making them perfect for friends, family celebrations, birthdays, special occasions or simply a day out with a difference.

Hosted by Kate in her beautiful home overlooking Three Cliffs Bay, you’ll enjoy cooking, expert demonstrations, plenty of tasting and a relaxed, sociable atmosphere. Together, you’ll create an indulgent menu of contemporary dishes while learning new techniques and gaining the confidence to recreate them at home.

It’s more than a cookery course, it’s a delicious experience to share, with great food, great company and breathtaking Gower views.

Our cookery courses run from 10am to 4pm and are priced at £160 per person. Throughout the day, you’ll enjoy a blend of cooking, expert demonstrations and plenty of helpful tips and techniques. With lots of opportunities to get involved, our courses are designed to be both informative and enjoyable, giving you the confidence and skills to recreate delicious dishes at home.

10am – Welcome & introductions — Settle in, meet your fellow guests and get ready for a day of cooking.
Cooking demonstrations — Kate will guide you through the recipes, sharing her knowledge, tips and techniques.
Get involved — Guests are encouraged to assist and take part throughout the day, making it a fun and sociable experience.

Enjoy the food — Sit back, relax and savour the dishes you've helped create.
4pm – Finish — A full day of cooking, good food and great company comes to an end.

Course Dates

Courses are generally held on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays and cost £160pp. Group bookings require a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

When you book a cookery course with me, your place is reserved specifically for you, so all bookings are non refundable.

If you’re unable to attend on your chosen date, I’m happy to move your group to another available course date, provided I’m given enough notice.

Date changes are subject to availability, so I recommend getting in touch as soon as possible if you need to rearrange.

Unfortunately, I’m unable to offer refunds or date changes for cancellations made at short notice or for non-attendance on the day.

I understand that plans can sometimes change unexpectedly, and I’ll always do my best to accommodate you where I can.
